In 1995, a new division was established to provide the service of Planning Supervisor in accordance with the CDM Regulations 1994. SBA Planning Supervisors provides this role on a wide variety of projects ranging from Housing to Airports. As with our engineering service we believe in being pro-active and enjoy good working relationships with and helping our clients, fellow professionals and contractors.

SBA Planning Supervisors has taken on the role of Planning Supervisor on an average of 80 projects a year, for a variety of clients including housing associations, private developers, industrial and commercial clients.

Fully incorporated members of the Association of Planning Supervisors, the Practice continues to keep abreast of current legislation and encourages attendance at Continuing Practice Development for Planning Supervisors and Health & Safety training.
