The project comprised
the development of this gap site in Bath Street as a 400 No.
bedroom hotel. We were appointed by the pre-cast concrete sub-contractor
and were responsible for the superstructure design above transfer
slab level. The design utilised pre-cast concrete crosswall
construction. |

This project for
development of 200 bed hotel in Stockwell Street saw our involvement
via the pre-cast concrete superstructure. The design layout
changed at various levels and as a result various transfer elements
within the superstructure had to be incorporated. We were responsible
for both the detailed design of the pre-cast concrete and steel
superstructure above ground floor transfer level. |

the development of a 200 bed hotel on a vacant site saw our
involvement via the pre-cast sub-contractor. We were responsible
for the detailed superstructure design above foundation level
which incorporated a steel framed transfer structure at ground
floor level supporting the pre-cast concrete crosswall structure
over. |

Andrews Bay Clubhouse, Fife[ top ]

This project saw the development
of a new build clubhouse and pro-shop at the St Andrews Bay
Hotel Complex. The design is a two storey structure with lower
storey being basement accommodation providing storage for golf
carts, plantroom and changing facilities.
The upper floor houses restaurant and bar, further
changing and a pro-shop. The design utilises steel frame with
a mix of masonry, timber and glazed cladding. A particular feature
of the design is the significant external works with new access
road and carpark

Castle Golfcourse [ top ]

This project saw the development
of a new build clubhouse, driving range and golf course on “pay
and play” development in Dundee. As part of the overall
development, housing was developed to the East of the site and
large attenuation ponds were required which are integrated into
the golf course design. |

This project saw the re-development
of an old café with construction of bespoke new build
restaurant with mezzanine upper floor. The building is steel
framed and clad in traditional materials |

Piazza
Hotel, Manchester [ top ]

This project involved the development
of a 350 bedroom hotel with two storey parking structure below
the hotel accommodation. Our involvement covered the entire
superstructure design of both steel and pre-cast concrete elements.
A particular feature was a complex drop off zone resulting in
a vierendeel girder solution and the use of pre-cast curved
walls. |
